Cancelling your contract
If you've switched to us online, over the phone, or with one of our face-to-face sales representatives, you can cancel during your 14-day cooling off period by filling out this form and sending it in to us.
If you're already supplied by us and you want to end your contract, the easiest way is to choose another supplier using a switching site like Energylinx.
