Price Pledge & special tariff
Whether your tenants just moved in, or have been with us for a while, our Social Saver tariff will always be cheaper than the cheapest of the Big 6 suppliers*. We’ll keep an eye on prices, so your tenants don’t have to. If rates go up, we’ll tell them at least 30 days before and if rates go down, they’ll automatically benefit.

Great customer service
Our customer service continues to outperform the market - as shown by Ofgem’s recently published statistics for Q1 2018. The only objective performance metric in the industry, Ofgem’s report shows that we have fewer complaints than the average of the Big Six and the average of the independents.
Furthermore, over 61,000 of our customers have responded to CustomerSure, an independent customer survey delivered after each interaction, scoring our friendliness and professionalism an average 7.9/10.
Supporting vulnerable customers
We’re committed to looking after your tenants, ensuring they always get the very best service we can offer. If they’re pensioners, have long-term ill health issues, are registered disabled or have a hearing or visual impairment, they’re entitled to join our free Priority Services Register (PSR).
The PSR can help us tailor our service to meet their needs, through support services such as receiving bills in Braille, moving meters for easier access and providing controls or adaptors for appliances to make them easier to use.
It’s important for us to make your tenants’ energy choices clear and simple to help them save money on their energy costs. Which is why we’re committed to rolling out free smart meters to all our customers by 2020. If your tenants are PAYG, they’ll also benefit from our fantastic new app, Swift; allowing them to top-up their meters, whenever and wherever they like! Available on both Android and Apple.
